五、性能:本品為無色單斜晶體。密度2.17。在空氣中穩(wěn)定。溶于水,呈極弱的堿性反應。難溶于乙醇。在100-120℃分解為碳酸鉀、水和二氧化碳。
六、用途:用于代替焙粉或酵母,并用于制純碳酸鉀等??捎米魉岫日{節(jié)劑、膨松劑。還可用于礦物質飲料、嬰幼兒配方粉、孕產婦配方粉。
七、包裝:內襯聚乙烯塑料袋,外套塑料編織袋,每袋凈重25kg。
八、貯存與運輸:本品應貯存在干燥通風清潔的庫房中,裝載運輸時要輕裝輕放,防止包裝破損,防止受潮、受熱,運輸過程中防止雨淋受潮,應與有毒物品隔離。

5、Character: It is colorless monoclinic crystal. The density is 2.17. It’s stable in air. It’s soluble in water with a very weak alkaline reaction. It’s hardly soluble in ethanol. It’ll decompose to Potassium Carbonate, water and Carbon Dioxide at 100-120 ℃.
6、Usage: In food industry, it is used to replace baking powder or yeast, and used to make pure Potassium Carbonate, etc. It’s also used as pH regulator, swelling agent and used in mineral beverage, infant formula powder and maternal formula powder.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
